I guess after New Years, everyone makes a resolution to "meet someone". Least that's how I have seen it in years past. Same goes for 2011, least m,ore messages than usual. And it was said best: like a box of chocolates, never know what you're going to get.

After three years of living in the new old neighborhood, I can finally drink water from the tap. Without the Brita. Seems insignificant, but that's when you know you have finally acclimated to a new location.

no I dont know who sergio mendez is but I am a funny person and love to make people laugh. I did do some time in the Joint its in my profile, but dont worry I'm not a sex offender. my life is very different today, hadnt had to much luck in the getting a job so I just decided I would start my own company, working on that for 5 weeks now, doing good how about yourself

Just an update on my disappearence

There have not been any messages worth posting really. The bad ones haven't been sub par enough to even mention. Nothing really that great either. I have a couple new people to chat with and that is about it. Haven't met anyone in awhile, but I am not trying that hard. I think the new site is better than the others because they have a bunch of questions to answer to improve your messages which makes it much like taking a test about yourself. Even if I am not meeting anyone new, I am at least killing a lot of time thinking I am accomplishing something.

Enjoying the summer, seeing shows and enjoying the sunshine.

I have to wonder if all the people who post that one quote from 'On The Road' to their dating profiles have read anything else by Jacky K. Its getting pretty played out, at least to me.

I wish I could go back in time and tell me at seventeen not to worry so much and to not stress over not having things or money or a crappy job or bad grades because in less than ten years I will pretty much have the ability to take care of myself and then some, I will just have little ambition to do anything besides those basic functions. And high school grades are pretty pointless in the long run.

Guys that compliment me too soon because they want to get me in their room.
